- He/she together with their immediate management will be expected to suggest mitigating actions against the risk exposure or control weakness encountered 
- The comprehensive assessment of these will be formally agreed with representatives of the line operation and will then be formally discussed at a forum, which will comprise of interested parties from the different functional areas of the product 
- Develop reports to be distributed to global and regional operations management
