Ensure the compliance of our company Code of Conduct and the Business Conduct Standards by the responsible Business Units.
Lead the Business Units efforts to implement the legal compliance.   Issues involved include employment, intellectual property, patient privacy, product promotion, pharmaceutical affairs law issues.  

2. Intellectual Property Related Legal Work
Provide expertise and experience to the legal department of our company as it faces increasing needs for coordinating the intellectual property work with the corporate headquarters.  Issues include handling of joint development work with physician customers and licensing of customer’s intellectual property.

3. PAL Quality Related Legal Work
Lead proactive development PAL and Quality legal strategies 
Align legal and business strategies and operations for Compliance, PAL, and quality issues
Identify and address PAL, and Quality legal trends, issues and opportunities
Develop strong relationships with, and act as primary point of contact for PAL, quality and legal issues with customers, business partners, and industry associations
