appropriately. Promptly provide salary recommendation for promotion or demotion including new hire to DM. 
&amp;middot; Communicate and create effective partnerships with HR peers to make all necessary processes work 
&amp;middot; Provide proactive support to employees in the entire organization in related to C&amp;B programs by giving effective 
communion tools 


HR Metric - Analytical and statistical reporting 

&amp;middot; Effectively utilize HRMS by creating statistical reporting to meet need’s of management and business partners 
&amp;middot; Monitor that HR admin handle PAN process for regular employees. Ensure that they comply with HR policies and 
procedures. 
&amp;middot; Create monthly employee master &amp; adjusts data by using HRMS to proceed payroll calculation 
&amp;middot; Enhance existing standard reports used internally with PeopleSoft 
&amp;middot; Develop new compensation reports as needed 

Assists in the Job Evaluation &amp; External market analysis Process 

&amp;middot; Partners with D&amp;R Manager in the job evaluation process. 
&amp;middot; This involves reviewing job descriptions submitted by the HR Generalists using a pre-established job evaluation 
system to determine the level or role of a job based on job responsibilities, duties, activities and requirements. 
&amp;middot; Assists in conducting market analysis as needed 


Provide compensation reports&amp; Demographic Data/ER support 

&amp;middot; Enhance existing standard reports used internally with PeopleSoft 
&amp;middot; Develop new compensation reports as needed 
&amp;middot; Evaluate &amp; analyze the result of exit survey and identify issues by providing statistical report to HR management. 
&amp;middot; Analyze Turn-over rate/reports and propose action plans based on them by working with HR peers 


People Development 

&amp;middot; Provide training and development to technical &amp; analytical skills to HR admin/Benefit admin/HR generalist 
&amp;middot; Provide counseling to other HR staff on daily job and seek advice from management as needed 


Assist in Department Projects to meet business needs 

&amp;middot; Participates in various project teams and assists team members as needed to support business growth
