・Coordinates local events to ensure maximum exposure
・Suggest and participate in company events
・Recommend advertising venues to regional manager
・Submit events/advertising file to regional manager

Merchandizing
・Maintain store in accordance with the presentation standards
・Ensure all visual directives are respected and executed in a timely manner
・Utilize company tools to train staff on product knowledge
・Ensure selling floor is always completely stocked
・Review stock levels and assortments to maximize presentation and sales
・Communicate product needs to inventory manager
・Ensure fashion awareness through competitive shopping and magazines
・Ensure staff is knowledgeable of the fit and care of all styles
・Ensure all product is handled with respect and care

Operations
・Ensure staff understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures
・Maintain a clean and organized store
・Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments as well as seasonal returns
・Suggest and organize repairs and/or renovations
・Manage cash flow and deposit as noted in a specific manual or directed by RM
・Oversee all supply orders
・Oversee all weekly and monthly paperwork
・Maintain any and all controllable factors to ensure profitability
・Audit and monitor receipt cancellations, returns and discounts
・Responsible for all physical inventories and participates in reconciliation

The Project Manager of Store Operations will provide daily support to the Japan Retail stores in all aspects of Store Operations and Communications. This individual is additionally responsible for translating and managing translation projects across all Retail functions. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a deep knowledge of the verbal and written English and Japanese languages. Additionally this individual will have an understanding of retailing and a keen ability to assess the business criticality of information in order to effectively prioritize work.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers including on-call support
- Provide daily operations support to retail stores including email, phone, and administrative support
- Help identify, communicate, and resolve recurring questions and issues
- Update Retail Internal Website on a daily basis and manage administrative responsibilities of this site
- Provide support in vendor management processes as needed
- Manage compliance in retail stores to improve the stores ability to meet and exceed performance expectations in operational and financial aspects of the business
- Manage and prioritize the translation needs of internal communications
- As needed, manage the outsourcing of translations to approved vendors within allocated time frames and budgets
- Identify and work with partners in each business area to localize, translate, and implement all relevant communication
- Establish and maintain key cross-functional internal and external relationships

Requirements:
- 3+ years prior Retail experience
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with retailing operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Some translation expertise, a plus).
- Passionate dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer service
- Commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
