An Associate is responsible for assisting Consultants in recruiting staff for their client’s job vacancies. These vacancies are permanent and can range from Junior to mid - level management positions. 

The primary responsibility of an Associate is to source candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting, assessing candidates’ skills through interviews and then working closely with Consultants in introducing appropriate candidates for client’s open positions.

Associates will also assist Consultants in developing an understanding the local market through research.
