o Generate target Candidate lists for recruiting teams
o Communicate with consultants to fully understand their Clients’ businesses and hiring requirements
o Develop and maintain CDS’ Candidate database with accurate, up to date information

電話、インターネット、ディレクトリー、出版物、ネットワーキング・イベント、トレードショーなどから候補者を探し出す
候補者リストの作成
コンサルタントと円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、クライアントのビジネス並びに、人材採用プロセスの理解
候補者の情報をデータベースに更新
