
Increase sales and margins of metalworking lubricants and associated products
Brief Information:
1. Call on end-users of metalworking fluids.
2. Maintain existing customer base while increasing account penetration.
3. Seek out and acquiring new end-user customers for metalworking fluids.
4. Increase selling prices to maintain margins on an as-needed basis.
5. Ensure all customers pay within agreed credit terms.
Technical and educational requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- 5+years industrial sales experience selling a consumable with a proven track record of sales and margin growth
- Metalworking lubricants sales experience (Preferable)
- Alternatively, experience selling metalworking tooling (Preferable)
Personal skills:
- Diligent self-starter, reliable, results-oriented, high energy
- English skill: Fluent , Japanese skill: Native
