Business Consultant (mainly uses Oracle EBS)
We provide solution sales using Oracle EBS. Now we are looking for Business consultant who may involve with all phases from requirements definition to parameter set-up to customization.

Duties:
- Use ERP solutions efficiently to improve clients’ situation and make solutions.
- Seibel , PeopleSoft Experience desired also
- Demonstrate the advantages of ERP installation for customers.
- Basic solution architect.
- Collect necessary information and listen to customers.
- Work corporately with overseas offices and engineers.
- ■ERPソリューションを活用し、お客様とともに業務プロセスの改革を進めていただきます。
- ・お客様に対する、ERP導入メリットの説明
・受注後の業務分析、要件定義、要件分析
・ソリューションの基本設計
・社内での必要な情報の収集
・上記に付随した、海外拠点・エンジニアとの連携　など

Requirements:
- Over 3 years experience for Oracle EBS architect and development.
- Business level English is preferred.
- Experience for ERP install consulting is good plus.
- Experience for CRP operation when installing EBS is good plus.
- Experience for “Fit & Gap Analysis”
- Great communication skills and flexible minded people are what we are looking for.
- Location: Kojimachi, Tokyo
- Salary: 8M+
