
Designs and develops the strategic Sales Promotion initiatives for the management’s final decision.
Implement the effective promotional programs.Reviews and analyzes reports to ensure sales and gross profits are meeting goals and detects and resolves problems as they occur.
The Merchandising Manager will report to the Marketing director and will work with other managers of the marketing team, sales team and sales force development team, HQ marketing team and third party creative company.
The ideal candidate needs to have at least 5 years experience in Marketing. Experience in multiple areas in marketing field such as, sales promotion (=sales planning), product development, business planning, creative development etc. in multinational company.
Successful experience as merchandiser at any company that sale the luxury products. (Direct Selling Company or Catalogue Sales Company / TV shopping company are “a Plus”, however, not necessary.) Experience in the position that is responsible for the sales planning team to meet the sales target/ GP target would be highly appreciated.
