·Daily processing for OTC , FX and Repo margin programs

·Data Entry

·Client Reporting

·Execution of margin calls

·Execution of collateral asset movements

·Control of collateral positions and corporate action processing

·New Businesses

·General communication with Clients, Credit, Operations, Front Office, Legal and Product Controllers

·Investigate and resolve problems that occur for all collateral programs

·Continuous improvement of daily processing to increase efficiency

·Implement strategic system changes for Asia, working with a global project management team for Collateral Management

·Provide Business Continuity Planning support

·Establish new operational workflow to meet local new business requirements, working with the other operations locally as well as global Collateral Management teams

·Daily processing: To expedite the daily processing of margin agreements and client

·Control: To report exceptions in the margin call process.

·Margin calls: To make margin calls

·Collateral actions: To arrange collateral movements

·Liaison: To communicate with clients and maintain client relationships

·Add value: To improve the daily processing tasks in order to add value to Collateral Management

·A basic knowledge of financial instruments
·Experience in derivative processing and custody processing
·3-5 years Experience in Invest Banking Operations and 1-2 years Experience in collateral management preferred
·Experience in ISDA documentation useful
·Must be fluent in Japanese and English
·Microsoft packages essential and knowledge of Visual Basic useful
·Bloomberg experience would also be preferred

Must be Proficient in: Analysis & problem solving, architecture & design skills,

Our Banking & Finance Division services the full financial services industry from bulge bracket investment banks to retail banks and fund managers and is responsible for the recruitment of financial services executives, lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from Legal Counsels through to Regional General Counsels, compliance officers at all levels from junior compliance officers up to Regional Heads of Compliance, also documentation officers, paralegals and mid-office personnel positions.
