Negotiate and deliver the best prices and conditions for new store sites within budget.

Consistently reduce timelines for planning permission.

Negotiate best and flexible contracts which minimize risk to company.

Move process forward to gain business approval for new acquisitions
Coach and train property acquisition team members.

8 years of successful property acquisition experience.

Heavy experience in assessing planning and building permit proposals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of leading and developing a team.

Proven success managing site findings and property development from concept to completion.

Experience communicating with Design and Construction Managers.
