- Responsible for monthly closing and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting accurately and timely, based on US GAAP.
- Reinforce financial policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley.
- Control inventory cooperating with merchandizing team and develop adequate reserve method.
- Completion of SOX requirement including SOX tests.
- Lead and improve financial system as required.
- Protect company’s financial resources by controlling credit limit and accounts receivable.

- Proficient computer skills (spreadsheets and word processing)
- Ability in verbal/written English and Japanese
