This role is focused on Design, programming and integration of the user interface layer for an IPTV delivery system company.
Provide leadership in best practices for design, web standards, and user interaction for the web applications.
Evolve existing design and interface into clean, usable, dynamic design.

Candidates will be developers, with 3-5 years of practical experience designing and building web applications.
Knowledge and experience in Flash/Actionscript, Javascript, HTML, CSS/DHTML, and AJAX.
Familiarity with PHP, Java Server Pages, JSTL, or ASP.net, and also with IPTV / streaming video / Flash video experience a plus.
Self-motivated.
