Our Client is a global specialist in the development, manufacture and marketing of surgical medial devices. The company operates through two divisions: ophthalmic surgical and eye care innovating products and solutions.

JOB ROLE:

・ ‘You will develop and communicate national/ customer specific promotion plans
which ensure budget and share goal achievement
・ ‘ You will develop, communicate and ensure the achievement of Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Promotion objectives
・ ‘ You will Identify sales volume gaps and develop incremental programs which will generate volume to fill the gap
・ ‘You will have full responsibility for providing management and training to the sales and marketing team. ’

‘You will have more than 10 years experience hands on sales and marketing in medical device industry with a successful track record.
‘You will be at advanced level in Excel’
‘You will be a good team player with leadership and management experience
