募集要項

Responsibilities:

* Merchandising control:
- Product development
- Planning (material, category, color, taste, price, new vs. carryover etc.)
- VMD
- Allocation
- Wholesale order coordination

* Further develop the brand image

* Work with design and production teams (Line plan presentation to design)

* Manage and lead merchandising team of approx. 14 staff

* Communicate with overseas HQ

スキル・資格

Requirements:

* At least 5 years experience in merchandising within the handbag or luggage industry

* At least 3 years management experience

* General PC skills

* At least business-level English
