Litigation and ADR in Tokyo centres primarily around multinational firms, often Japanese, who are currently undertaking litigation or prosecution in the US or the UK.

These is a great demand for lawyers who have IP Litigation experience and who have either a US or Commonwealth admission.

Working within a top tier law firm you will be handling the cross-border litigation of high profile corporations from all over the world.

You will enjoy working in a demanding and challenging environment and will be well versed in the litigation and ADR processes.

Fluent English speaker
