
Establish and oversee efficient work flow for all office functions including Finance, HR, Sales Administration, and Marketing for over 20 staff in Tokyo Office
· Finance & Accounting
- Assist with legal counsel and outsourced accounting firms
- Manage accounting operations including account receivable, account payable and fixed assets
- Prepare and report monthly and yearly financials to accounting firm
- Coordinate monthly payment , control petty cash and manage expense reports
