The incompany currently looking forward for the qualified Helpdesk/user support position for a foreign capital company.

Functional Title: Helpdesk/User Support
Department: IT
Reports directly to: Team leader

It is 6/12 months renewable contract

Overall Objectives:

* To provide office systems as well as users support in client businesses in Tokyo.

Core Responsibilities

* Ensure system stability is maintained in the production environment.

* Ensure quality support is provided to the business users.

* Ensure user expectations are managed on system support, and maintenance

* Provide qualified telecommunication and server support to the users.

Qualifications:
* Professional degree in IT related field or proven experience as the user support and helpdesk

Experience:
* 2 or more years of IT experience
* Experience in Microsoft　systems support
* Experience in PBX systems support

Skills:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP / Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003
* Skill set for applications maintenance and support
* Self-starter and quick learner
* Strong communication skills / Team player
* Working knowledge of English/Japanese
