東京にある一流の債券会社が債券コンプライアンス・オフィサーを募集しています。主な業務は債券フロントオフィスとその支援部署が内部規定・規則・規制の順守を確認、訓練すべき点の特定、新製品・新ビジネス承認の審査です。


General duties will include ensuring that fixed income front office and support groups comply with applicable internal policies, rules, and regulations; identifying training needs and participating in new product/business approval reviews.

応募資格および必須条件
数年の法務・コンプライアンス経験があり、債券商品の取扱の経験、また諸規則の理解のある方。

The successful candidate will have a few years experience in legal or compliance, experience working with fixed income products, and an understanding of associated rules and regulations.
