募集要項

The position we are trying to fill is Account Manager for our multinational financial accounts. Preferred bilingual person with strong business and sales background and have experience working through a channel sales model.

The candidate will be required to do the following:

1) Develop Partners to focus on Gaishikei accounts. Be a resource to them so they are comfortable to sell to this market.

2) Maintain a coverage model matrix of key accounts
　- use multiple sources (bookings history and employee headcount data)
　- make sure either XXX or our partners are calling on all areas of the business every month

3) Hunt for large opportunities
　- which accounts can deploy network applications that requires lots of hardware
　- which accounts are moving or increasing their presence in Japan

4) Market broadly to Gaishikei in Japan
　- quarterly user group inviting a large audience
　- use overseas XXX teams to drive business to XXX Japan

　- Languages: English and Japanese
　- Oral
　- Listen to and understand ideas and information presented
through spoken words and sentences
　- Reading - Read and understand ideas presented in written material
　- Writing - Able to communicate information and ideas in writing.
　- Teamwork - helping, sharing/contributing, participating, influencing

Knowledge:
　- IP/Networking
　- Security , VoIP , is preferable
　- DataCenter, is preferable

Experience:
Strong sales skills for foreign-affiliated firms( ex; Global Financial firms.)
