Responsibilities

- Manage team of Business Consultants to support business through working closely with Sales Account Teams. (pipeline development, solution seminar, marketing campaign, proposal preparation, technical presentation and clarification, product demo etc.)
- Support Business Planning and Business Strategy Development
- Mentor and develop the skill sets required by the Business Consultants
- Keep the team updated with relevant technology development

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (Master / Ph. D is preferred)
- 15+ years related process industrial applications software solution experience
- Strong people management and development skill
- Strong English and Native Japanese
