Responsibilities:
- Create an environment where the culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
- Implement employee benefits program in partnership with the store management team.
- Adhere to policies and procedures including relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance across all stores/units.
- Be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and evaluating competitors’ remuneration and benefits in Japan to ensure position in the market maintained.
- Ensure a safe working environment for fellow co-workers, customers and visitors in line with Japanese occupational health and hazardous laws.
Requirements:
- Experience in Employment laws and legislation in Japan
- Experience in occupational health and hazardous regulations
- Experience in implementing employee benefits program
- Experience in Training and Development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strategic, analytical and tactical abilities
- High level of English language skills/Native level of Japanese language
