クライアントは外資系IT企業におけるプリセールスのポジションを募集しております。
高い水準のテクニカルサポートや補助が出来る方、顧客にみあったソリューションを展開できる能力を求めています。

・ 営業課程で必要となる全ての技術的支援を行う(プレゼン等)

・ 日本や各国のセールスマネジャー、ディレクタ-やパートナーとのやり取り。

・ 見込みの顧客のニーズを把握し、技術的なソリューションを持ってそれらに対応していく。

・ トレーニング、プログラミング、ソフトウェアインテグレーション、トラブルシューティング、コンサルティング等。


Reports to: SE Director, Japan

This role is responsible for providing consistent, high quality technical support and assistance in order to qualify prospects, propose the best possible solutions and secure sales wins.

A key role is taken in handling all of the technical matters that arise during a sales cycle, including sales related activities such as presentations, demonstrations and prototyping. From time to time short consulting or training activities are handled as part of account management.

Essential Job Functions
 Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director or partners to establish specific account plans and strategies
 Analyze sales prospects’ requirements and propose a technical solution to meet those requirements
 Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations and/or prototypes which map features/benefits to the specific needs of prospects, customers and partners.
 Provide on-going technical support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations. This may include training, programming of examples, third-party software integration, trouble-shooting, best-practices consulting
 Deliver responses to the technical sections of RFI/RFPs these include but are not limited to: high level network architecture, internal and external security requirements, ERP requirements, DB requirements, and resource requirements.
 Participate in the delivery of Proof of Concepts for wM solutions
 Provide product feedback from customers and propose solutions for improvement
 Drive customer evidence through case studies and customer references.
 Assist quarterly in territory presentation and marketing events with product demonstration and product positioning.
 Communicate competitive intelligence from the field and look for opportunities to increase sales of integration software and services.
 Contribute to knowledge capital within company. Capture knowledge capital from each customer engagement. Proactively share own expertise
 Submit status reports to management as required.

スキル・資格

必要な能力:

情報系、数理系、エンジニア系の大学学位。

必要な経験:
・  3年以上のIT技術バックグラウンド。様々なコンピュータ言語C/C++, SQL, J2EE、オペレーションシステム、データベース等に携わったことのある方。
・   XML, HTML, Protocols and security の知識に長けていること
・  日本語:ネイティブ 
・  英語: ビジネスレベル
· ERP の技術(Peoplesoft Enterprise、 SAP )は尚可
· 出張等に差しさわりのない方



Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent

Experience/Skills
· Strong technical background (3 + years of IT expertise) with proven ability to master a broad range of software languages, operating systems, databases, packaged applications, preferably in corporate application development.
· Demonstrated pre sales experience with a minimum of 1 year in the solution sales environment. Ability to work as part of a successful sales team.
· Expert level knowledge of web technologies including XML, HTML, Protocols and security.
· Broad technical experience with electronic commerce, EDI, or large-scale transaction systems implementations
· Strong competency in various programming languages. At a minimum, C/C++, SQL, J2EE with Internet software development
· Understanding of network architectures and distributed computing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations and concise briefings. Demonstrated ability to engage senior managers and successfully support the technical aspects related to selling solutions
· Displays high levels of energy and drive, thrives under pressure, with strong business acumen, good professional ethics, strong process orientation
· Proven record of driving differentiators from competitors, including account planning, and generating unique business value with innovative solution
· Strong objection handling skill
· English skill
· ERP skill such as Peoplesoft Enterprise and SAP are preferred
· Willingness to travel
