募集要項

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

- Observe IFRS, Japan Commercial Code, tax regulations and other
local accounting rules and practices for General Ledger and
Statutory Reporting of Financial Results.

- Plan and conduct effective cash management, and assist Finance
Director in completing product transfer prices of ethical
pharmaceutical products and optimizing capital and tax in group
organization in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that proper accounting procedures are in place for
statutory reporting and monthly booking of general ledger data.

- Prepare Tax Returns and address related issues including tax audit.

- Prepare, develop and report annual financial statement under
Commercial Code.

- Contribute to cash flow management to minimize financial risk of
the company.

- Coordinate with EATA European Association of Transactional
Analysis）to determine transfer prices of new products in line with
the company TP Policy or APA.

- Strengthen & maintain Internal Control based on Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Accountability:

10-11 people supervised indirectly.

Assist Finance Director in planning and implementing accounting and treasury policy. Responsible for ensuring accurate monthly/annual closing and completing specific jobs assigned with capital and tax structure.
