Our client is one of the world’s premier retail companies, and one of the top foreign brands in Japan . They have a large number of stores throughout Japan and continues to grow and expand.

They are currently looking for Sales Leaders / Sales Team Leaders who will play a key role in the ongoing success of the organization.

SUMMARY of RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Business:

-Try to achieve sales target for store
-Support effective operation for sales promotion plans

2) Customer Experience:

-Promote brand and provide high quality services
-Manage and utilize customers’ information effectively
-Lead by example through implementing hi-quality service and improving brand royalty
-Promote and maintain high standard of service for the whole store

3) Staff Training:

-Provide advise and support to staff regarding customer service
-Plan and implement staff training

4) Operation:

-Maintain and provide guidance to staff regarding corporate policies to ensure the store embodies key company and brand values.
-Manage and support customer acquisition and control.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Ability to implement high quality customer service on sales floor and have a good influence on other staff
-Commitment to maintaining brand standard.
-Ability to exercise teamwork and able to teach the skills and knowledge to other staff
-Proven record of quality customer service
-Sales experience for clothes, shoes and jewelry
