募集要項

Overview:

- Manage Mega Refinery & Chemical Integrated companies in Japan
- Exert Solution Selling
- Experience in hydrocarbon industry (will consider Consulting firm experience)
- Define strategies for company products and services sales
- Consulting or Solution Sales experience.

Responsibility:

- Manage Company’s major Integrated Chemical and Refinery accounts
- Analyze and create sphere of influence
- Utilizing technical skills to create commercial opportunities with customers
- Interface directly with customers to define their needs and communicate features and benefits of products.
- Monitor project costs and/or adjustments with primary attention to the original margins (advise management when deviations occur).
- Analyze and resolve issues independently
- Apply company resources for maximum benefit.

スキル・資格

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business is necessary (MBA Preferred)
- Experience in Strategy, Manufacturing or Sales execution or consulting.
- Knowledge of petrochemical, oil & gas industries
- Experience selling technical products into the petroleum/refining industry
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment or overachievement
- Strong oral and written communications skills English and Japanese.
