
・Responsible for managing the overall recruitment and selection process and ensures an adequate supply of manpower with the required skill sets across the organization
・Develop and implement the succession plan for each function in oder to enforce mid to long term organization strength
・Develop and implement individual career plan for retailing talents
・ 5 years+ previous experience of HR essential
・High level of knowledge on leadership and people development
・High level of professionalism and commitment
・Excellent organizational and communication skills
・Critical analysis,proactive approach and innovation
・Must be flexible and have ability to prioritize efficiently
