One of the fastest growing companies in the plastics prototyping sector in the USA is preparing for a corporate launch in Japan in Q3 of this year and is seeking a bilingual person for the role of General Manager.

The company is a leader in prototyping and producing small run, low-cost, fast-turnaround lots of plastic products. The company has already done market research in Japan which indicates a high level of receptivity to the service they are launching.

This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a company that promises to revolutionize Japan’s plastics manufacturing design sector.

Remuneration commensurate with experience, including a competitive base salary, performance based bonus and opportunity for equity are available to qualified candidates.

スキル・資格

Key to the company’s success is its intensive use of technology. Thus applicants should have extensive experience in both the plastics manufacturing sector as well as with technology, preferably in a startup environment. Experience marketing to Japanese design engineers is also desired. An outgoing personality and the demonstrated ability to build and manage a direct marketing and sales operation are important.

The business consultation division of LINC Media offers service such as market research, PR, office setup, recruiting, etc., as well as providing information and responding to enquiries from clients regarding the Japanese market.
