シニアPHPディベロッパーは, 最高技術責任者へのレポート業務他、6名のディベロッパーチームを指揮して頂く事となります。ディベロッパーチームのリーダーとしてPHPディベロッパーチーム管理に従事頂き、既存顧客のシステム保持、会社の次世代プラットフォームの構築に務めて頂きます。問題解決においてテクニカルソルーションの定義フォーカスに従事して頂くほか、ソルーション構築を促すようチームを導いて頂きます。また新任及び中級レベルのディベロッパー管理、指導、技術仕様の構築、資源計画及びスタッフの技術改善等を手がけて頂きます。

Promising start-up based in central Tokyo provides a multi-level ecommerce ASP platform. Client is currently building the next version of the system, and seek staff to help realize the project. Future IPO, potential career growth in company, as well as future stock options.

The SENIOR PHP Developer will report to Chief Technology Officer and will lead a team of six developers. As lead developer you will be responsible for managing a team of PHP developers, maintaining systems for existing clients and building out the next version of our platform. This role will focus on defining technical solutions to business problems, and leading the development team to create these solutions. Some of the goals for this position include managing and mentoring junior and intermediate developers, creating technical specifications, resource planning and staff improvement.

こちらのポジションの必須要項は、最低2年以上のディベロッパーチームの管理・指導における実務経験のほか、PHPに関する豊富な経験及び高い知識が最も重要です。また広い視野を有する事が必須となります。東京を拠点とする将来的に有望な会社において、やりがいがいを求め、チャレンジ精神旺盛な方に興味を持って頂けるポジションです。ASPサービスやセマンティックコンピューティング及びクラウドコンピューティングを手がけて頂く事で企業と共にキャリアを伸ばして頂けます。

・5年間のPHP経験
・指導能力（2年以上の経験を有する方が望ましい）
・業界に関する深い知識
・構築能力、デバッギング、パフォーマンスの調整、規定の実施
・優れた文章力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力
・ビジネスレベルの日本語必須、英語力尚可
・セマンテック及びクラウドコンピューティングにおけるベーシックコンピューティング
　モデルへの興味、認識
・UIデザインやフレームワーク等業界のウェッブトレンドの知識

Success in this role will require that the candidate possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading a team of developers. In addition, a deep understanding and experience in PHP is top priority. Candidates must have the ability to see the big picture. Most interested in candidates who are interested in taking on an exciting challenge at a promising start-up in Tokyo. The role will have career growth opportunity as the company grows from an ASP service to a semantic and cloud computing vendor.

5 years of experience in PHP required.
Demonstrated ability to lead manager others, 2 years or more experience preferred.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the industry
Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented; results oriented and self-motivated
Ability to lead in developing, debugging, performance tuning and coding practices
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Business-Level Japanese required, English ability a plus.
Interest in and awareness of Semantic and Cloud based computing models
Knowledge of industry web trends, such as UI design, frameworks
