募集要項

The main function is to process daily orders from the customers in Japan. The position has to ensure that orders being processed based on certain level of requirements, and on timely basis to meet the committed Order Processing lead time.
It is expected that this role to monitor the order status to ensure that order being processed and fulfilled properly before passing the Order Entry Form to finance for final billing.
Besides, the position has to perform some basic customer service activities such as response to daily order & fulfillment related request or queries.

　- Inputing the order into Oracle system day by day.
　- Checking orders against existing inventory items.
　- Filing and organizing the documents(POs&OEFs).
　- Checking the commission/booking data based on orders .
　- Keeping the balance of inventory level.
　- Communication with outside warehouse and Order Entry Team in Singapore/US.
　- Maintain of SKU(Products Code).
　- Improving the order entry system and business flow.
　- Preparing the documents for Audits(Financial, SOX, Tax)

スキル・資格

Requirements:

　- Experience of inputting the data for order/inventory/shipping.
　- Experience of using ERP.(Oracle,SAP etc.,)
　- Speaking Japanese same as a native.
　- Ability to write business document in English.(TOEIC 650+)
　- Bachelor’s degree
　- Keeping a good team work.
　- Self-starter type and high motivation.
