·Develop and drive execution of effective IT/Regulatory compliancy strategy
·Promote and improve awareness of security threats, laws and regulations, policies and standards
·Provide regulatory interface, interpretation and compliance oversight
·Identify and maintain variances in policies and standards for addressing Japan specific regulatory requirements. Review proposed IT Risk Policies & Standards and ensure input of Japan requirements
·Provide oversight of Policy and Standards deployment
·Improve technology compliance on IT laws and regulations
·Collaborate with regional ITRM for on-going maintenance of regional Technology Compliance Database for Japan IT laws and regulations update
·Direct execution of key firm and region wide risk initiatives

·Minimum 10 years experience related to Risk Management, Technology Audit and/or Risk Resiliency Management, in one or more technology/platform (Information Security, Network, Application Development, Distributed Computing, etc)
·Demonstrated ability to team lead cross functions
·Track record of implementing successful risk management solutions
·Proven ability to develop and maintain senior level stakeholder relationships
·Strong Program/Project Management and influencing skills
·Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
·Communication in Japanese is preferable but not mandatory
