Roles &
Responsibilies

We belong to a regional team supporting our valued partners in Asia Pacific & Japan and are part of Partner Support Center APJ (PSC-APJ).

The primarily responsibility of this role is to provide remote presales and solution configuration support to
our Partners with the objective of promoting competency and self-sufficiency in partner organizations.

As the technology coverage includes the huge portfolio of our systems and software solutions, team members need to be technically sound, independent and a self motivator. The person needs to have an
appreciation of Channel business and be sensitive towards partner’s needs and requirements.

S/he needs to be clear in presenting her/his thoughts and be able to provide accurate and timely advice to partners as needed.

This position is deskbound by nature with occasionally travel.
PSC / PQC Technical Consultant
- 3Years in a technical role
- Firm understanding of storage technologies and solutions
- Provide support for configuration and remote presales support
- Provide support for quoting, configuration, order placement and remote pre-sales Q&A
- Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

- Dynamic and self starting work ethic
- Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of hardware and software products and services
- Experience understanding and analyzing customer requirements
- Customer sensitivity and experienced in understanding customer requirements
- Resourcefulness and problem solving skills
- Good Team player
- 3Years in a technical role
- Firm understanding of storage technologies and solutions
