Lead a team of OSY enhineers. Responsible for engineering and implementation.
Work with the various organizations within T-Systems to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
Provide inputs to and communicate strategy and vision.
Inspire the organizational entity to ascribe to that vision
Conduct and control engineers and to pull together business requirements and solve business problems
Ensure solutions designed positively impact IT Operations

オープンシステム系エンジニアチームのリーダー。エンジニアリングと導入の担当。
T-Systems内のさまざまな部門と連携をし、ビジネス要件の収集や技術的ソリューションのデザインを行う。
コミュニケーション戦略とビジョンを持つ。
組織をビジョンに向けf奮起させる。
ビジネス要件や問題の解決に向けて、エンジニアを指示運営しひとつにまとめる。
IT運用に対して前向きな効果を与えるようソリューションを最適化する。

技術系の大学卒あるいは同等のビジネス経験。
大規模かつ混成のIT環境における最低6年以上のIT業務経験及び少なくとも5年のUnix/Linux/Microsoftに関する可用性管理、継続性プラン、キャパシティプラン、パフォーマンス解析の知識に基づくソリューションデザインの経験。
サーバー/クライアントの導入に関するプロジェクト経験。
プロジェクトマネジメント及びコンサルティング手法に関する経験。
高い分析能力、結果主義。
日本語と英語のよる顧客とのコミュニケーション能力。

スキル・資格

Requirements

Technical college or equivalent business experience
Minimum of 6 years IT work experience in large and heterogeneous IT environments, of which at least 5 are in Unix/Linux/Microsoft solution design
Experience with and knowledge of availability management, continuity planning, capacity planning and performance analysis for the above mentioned operation systems.
Project experience in some full implementation cycles of server/client
Experience in consulting methodologies and/or project management
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective in problem-solving and adding value
Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way
Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Japanese
