Onshore Settlement
- Preparation for Settlement for the world wide international bond, Foreign investment Trust and Foreign Bond Option,
- To confirm the trade details with the counterparties
- To perform monitoring of the settlement status and settle the trade
- To generate the accounting entries and take responsible for Sub Ledger control
- To perform the reconciliation and control of holding positions and cash balance
- Perform the funding estimation and cash balance management for foreign currency.
- Safekeeping Service for the clients (Customer Segregated Cash and Position, Bond Free Transfer)
- Regulatory Reporting (Monthly Statement, Customer Ledger, Safekeeping Ledger)

Offshore Settlement
- Perform the cross check of the trade details between the settlement details and our pre confirmation
- Settlement priority management
- Perform the status check of trade with local settlement team
- Resolve queries from FO and External clients in a fast and efficient manner making use of the appropriate communication links.
- Solving queries will involve liaison with Front Office, Middle Office, & Back Office Functions.
- Work with the local Middle and Back Office closely how we achieve the client’s request

Native level of proficiency in Japanese
- Functional Business English level
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and willingness to use multiple communication channels efficiently and effectively
- Logical thinking
