Main Duties / Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to act as monitoring function of Client Statement Reporting Function. The representative is expected to be primarily client service oriented and will involve working with the team to provide most of the above specifically related to all GM products and services. Interaction with clients, sales and IT to ensure an issue is resolved or a potential issue avoided is our primary objective.

Within the role you will be expected to perform the following tasks;

 Resolve Valuation queries from Global Markets clients in a fast and efficient manner making use of the appropriate communication links. Solving queries will involve cross region liaison with Sales Traders, Transactional Management Group, IT functions & Offshore support teams.
 Education of GM Sales force in the processes of raising, production and delivery of valuation reports.
 Be the point of escalation for current team queries and recognize and address potential problems prior to clients losing faith in DB and our after sales service.
 Compile and send out valuations for various products such as derivatives, FX, OTC, bonds and structured products.
 Resolve disputed valuations with BAC Finance, TMG Valuations Services Group, & Sales Traders
 Perform Impact analysis & reconciliations between various IT trade capture and MTM systems and the valuations generation system with specific project focus on the New Valuations IT system.
 Generate and Use MIS from query tracking systems to analyze process weaknesses and ensure proactive development of current processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our client service.
 Positively contribute to ongoing Global IT Development projects within the Valuations space.
 Perform setups of New clients in the Valuation system and filter queries effectively to our TCS Support teams.
 Work with Valuations peers in NY and London to ensure consistent global service and adoption of global practices.
 Actively contribute to the Client Service strategy.

 BA or BS
 JSDA 1or 2
 Native level of proficiency in Japanese is must
 Fluent level of proficiency in English is preferable
 Good product and Market Knowledge
 Client handling skills and experience
 Decision making under pressure
 Excellent teamwork experience
 Good all round PC skills
