募集要項

Main Duties / Responsibilities
1. Document and analyze current business process and system flow
2. Propose long, mid and short term solutions to improve efficiency and/or to reduce risks
3. Communicate with the front office, TMG, Operation, IT, etc. in Japan and in the other regions and facilitate to start projects
4. Write business requirements documents
5. Write functional specification documents
6. Project management, issue tracking, issue resolution for the projects
7. Write test scripts
8. Help unit tests done in IT

スキル・資格

 Good knowledge of product/functional flow, understanding for Securities business Operations
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Highly analytical and objective, with an ability to think “out the box”.
 Must have previously worked in Operations in an investment bank.
 Ability to identify, scope and deliver change projects
 Ability to deliver and maintain a Client Scorecard initiative
 Proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels including interacting effectively with key Support areas (Technology, Finance, HR, etc).
 Ability to influence others is important as the role does not directly control many of the resources necessary to resolve issues or make improvements.
 Strategic planning and prioritisation skills (able to
