募集要項

1. Manage evolution of new business plan, such as: description of new logistics process, construction of flows and warehouse layouts, introduction of business processes and systems, and establishment of operations
2. Introductions of new business plan through intensive collaboration with internal and external parties

1. 新規のお客様のビジネスに対して、新ロジスティクスプロセスのスコープを描き、実際のフローや倉庫レイアウトの構築、業務プロセス、システムの導入、オペレーションの立ち上げといった、一連の新規ビジネスの展開をプロジェクトとして管理します。
2. 社内、社外の関係者との連携を密に行い、新規ビジネス成功に導きます。

スキル・資格

1. 5+ years experience in managing a project implementation in a logistics environment
2. Experience in managing complex matrix organization preferred
3. Experience as a consultant (preferable)
4. Numerical skills
5. Experience in statistical analysis a plus
6. Experience in Supply Chain Management (preferable)
7. High communication skills
8. Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Fluent English (spoken and written)

1. 5年以上、ロジスティックス環境におけるプロジェクト管理、インプリメンテーションのマネジメントの経験がある方。
2. マトリックス組織でプロジェクトリーダー、マネージャーのご経験
3. コンサルタントの経験があれば尚可
4. 数字の分析に強みをお持ちの方
5. 統計の知識、ご経験をお持ちの方
6. ＳＣＭのご経験があれば尚可
7. コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
8. ＰＣスキル（MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint）が高い方
9. 英語：流暢（口語・文語）
