-投資アドバイザーへのコンプライアンスプログラム開発業務
-関連部門へのトレーニングプログラム開発、実行業務
-資産運用会社へのコンプライアンスプログラム開発、実行業務
-自社グループ内での証券取引法コンプライアンスに関するリスク審査、また問題発見時の対応プロポーザル作成業務
-経験により、他ファンドによる証券投資アドバイスに関する買収チームへのアドバイス・ガイダンス提供業務
-Develop compliance program for investment adviser
-Develop and implement training program for key departments and functions
-Develop and implement compliance program for asset management company
-Evaluate risk areas for securities law compliance within certain group of our companies and develop proposals for addressing issues identified
-If experience permits, provide advice and guidance to acquisition teams in connection with advice on securities investments by another fund company.

-証券会社コンプライアンス部や金融庁公認資産運用会社にて3年以上の職務経験がある方
-FSA調査に関する事前対応経験があるとなお可
-リーガルでのバックグラウンドがあるとなお可
-流暢な日本語力、優れた英語力があるとなお可
-At least three years in the compliance department of a securities company or FSA licensed asset advisory / management Company.
-Prior FSA inspection experience highly desirable.
-Legal background desirable but not necessary.
-Fluent in Japanese / Strong English ability desirable.
