Technical Support Engineer (Pre Sales Consultant)

Our client is a leading multinational Electronics manufacturer. They seek a Technical Support Engineer for their product lines in the Video Conferencing and Broadcast Industry. The successful candidate will become the lead technical support engineer for client channel sales partners and distributors. Some business travel will be involved with this position. Career advancement opportunities.

SALARY RANGE: 6.5-8 Million yen p.a. (Depends on skills and experience)
START DATE: August 2008
LOCATION: Central Tokyo

Successful candidate will handle all related product issues including:
Pre Sales Consulting (Technical)
Post Sales Support (Technical)

Required:
· Related Technical Experience and Knowledge (3+ Years).
· Knowledge of Bandwidth Calculation, Audio-Video Signal Formats, and “Hands on” Cable Work Experience
· Native Japanese Equivalent.
· Strong Business English.
