 Develop/maintain application systems managed by ATJ. (Mainly server-side
application systems)
 Compile development requirements with users , and properly estimate quality, scale of development and delivery time
 Interact closely with staff in charge of other application systems or Business side if
necessary to facilitate development/maintenance
 Analyse the application systems and take improvement actions to bring further
efficiency to users’ business operations
 Manage/supervise the contractors and their resources properly
 Understand daily operations your department takes charge of, and perform or ensure
that your reports perform those responsibilities
 Provide support to the service level management team and operations team to
properly handle problems and incidents in the technical area of your responsibility

 Minimum of three years’ experience in developing and maintaining middleware
systems that integrate multiple cross-platform application systems, and knowledge of
products such applications run on, sufficient enough for system development
 Minimum of one year experience in developing and maintaining Java or Net
middleware systems
 Minimum of one year experience in developing web-based systems
 Experience in developing application used for operation and maintenance of servers
 At least 3 years of experience using the Java language (mainly JavaEE) for
development
 General knowledge of operating systems, mainly Windows
 Broad knowledge of languages such as C#, VB, VBScript, Jscript and Ruby is
preferred
 Broad knowledge of infrastructure including different OS, N/W and M/F is preferred
