-Day-to day operations for settlements and clearings of equities/convertible bonds in the Japan market
-Coordinate / communicate with internal and external clients and local settlement agents to support the equities/convertible bond businesses
-Communicate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory / internal control views
-Follow up and coordinate the resolution of trade settlement issues with clients, settlement agents and the front office
-Handling Client Inquiries

-3-5 years relevant experience in Japanese equities
-Relevant market/product knowledge and experience in handling the Japanese exchanges` operations
-Bilingual - English & Japanese (fluent)
-Good PC skill - Excel/Word
-Flexibility and self motivated
-Good analytical skill & be attentive to details
-Independent with good initiative & team spirit
-Capable to work under pressure
-JSDA 1 or 2

Our Banking & Finance Division services the full financial services industry from bulge bracket investment banks to retail banks and fund managers and is responsible for the recruitment of financial services executives, lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from Legal Counsels through to Regional General Counsels, compliance officers at all levels from junior compliance officers up to Regional Heads of Compliance, also documentation officers, paralegals and mid-office personnel positions.
