募集要項

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training delivery
- Ensure consistency in training content across different delivery channels;
- Deliver high quality training ensuring consistent customer satisfaction;
- Be a mentor to other instructors;
- Continual review/update of courseware to reflect new software releases
2. Education support
- Provide educational support assistance (telephone or onsite) to client base;
- Provide pre-sales support to Education management in defining education solutions for customer requirements. This would be done by telephone or customer visits.

Experienced developers or consultants with a background in CRM, Middleware, Workflow/BPM or the design of complex distributed systems and a desire to embark on a career in training are also invited to apply.

スキル・資格

Requirements:
- IT degree and a minimum of 8+ years experience, preferably working in a high tech company both as a developer/consultant.
- An understanding of OO design, C++ or Java programming, Internet, networking, RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server and web services;
- Understanding of design and implementation of distributed systems is a plus
- Strong communication in Japanese - written and spoken. Also, English will be needed to communicate with APAC so written English is a requirement.
- Strong presentation skill in Japanese
