Task & Accountabilities:

- Exert a high level of professionalism to assigned customers acting as a primary Customer Interface for Program Management
- Manage the generation and delivery of Monthly Industry PM Plans
- Develop Strategic Process Improvements that impact the customer experience
- Review and take appropriate action on agreed performance KPI’s
- Maintain and enhance the clients solution and that it is achievable and delivered
- Develop and Implement Corrective Action Plans for performance issues
- Work with the Customer and Business Units to identify process, cycle time and cost improvement opportunities for customers.
- Manage the delivery of customer operational reporting.
- Works closely and collaborates with commercial teams.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional with experience of Logistics, Supply Chain Operations and /or Customer Service likely.
- Concerned with problems that have a direct and important effect on business programs and results.
- Serves as consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives.
- State-of-the-art knowledge of technologies, processes, and practices.
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 5+ years experience in related field or MS/MBA and generally 2-3 years experience in related field.
