As Junior Secretary to the General Manager you will be working in our 5-star local Head Office in Central Tokyo. You need some secretarial skills, a happy attitude, good English command and MS Office computer skills.

Full training provided.
International travel within 2 years.
Growth opportunities within the company.

Your tasks will include: general secretarial tasks to assist the General Manager of Japan. In addition, you will do the planning and organizing of our advertisements in both Newspapers and on the Internet. You will work closely with the Executive PA to the General Manager in a friendly and warm international environment.

*Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
*Typing skills
*English skills at business level are required to work with our Head Office
*Pro-active work attitude and organizational skills
