Company：Major Foreign insurance company
Position：Busines Analyst

1. Responsible for delivery of a series of projects
2. Responsible for understanding the needs of Business users, and defining and implementing solutions on their behalf
3. Where a project involves IT systems, produce the requirements definition documents (in conjunction with the users and developers if needed), and be involved ensuring that the system deliverables meet the business needs
4. Provide strong leadership to the users and other members of the project team

スキル・資格

Technical and educational requirements:
- Experience across the full project lifecycle and ideally have been involved in IT system implementation projects
- Background in the Life Insurance industry
- Problem-solving techniques in business and technical situations
