募集要項

The Manager will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals for the entire country of Japan by managing a team of sales and technical professionals.

Additional major responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales forecasts, implementing successful sales strategies, developing new sales prospects, directing the management of strategic accounts, and developing key account business plans.

スキル・資格

3+ years in managing a life science products sales team, Knowledge of major Japanese pharmaceutical and academic accounts is required. Good communication skills both in Japanese and English, high energy, achievement oriented, self-driven, leadership, people organizer, driver, and coach.
