Our client is a leading high-end brand with a line of exclusive items, including jewelry, accessories and watches.

As part of the top-level team, you will be the first point of contact between the customers and the company. This is a role of great responsibility as you will be required to provide utmost level of service and support to the company’s loyal customers. Below find a description of your responsibilities:

外資系高級宝飾ブランド企業における下記業務
・電話、インターネットによる問い合わせ対応と関連する処理業務
・商品情報他店舗情報他店舗情報の対応
・商品、接客応対に対するクレーム対応
・業務改善にかかわるレポート作成

＜応募資格＞
・接客業務3年以上
・高級消費財小売、ホテル、エアラインなどでの接客、カスタマーサービス経験者
・語学力中級位
