募集要項

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Business Analyst will be required to:

1. Capture the end-to-end business process flow and produce business requirements documents including context diagrams, use case descriptions, logical data models, etc.

2. Work with Business Users to prioritise requirements and incorporate these into the business requirements documentation.

3. Translate the business requirements into functional specifications, capturing user interactions, and interface specifications.

4. Assist the IT Lead in understanding the business requirements and functional specifications.

5. Work with business users to develop test cases and ensure their accuracy and completeness in terms of the business requirements.

6. Work with the Test Lead to create test conditions based on test cases and functional specifications.

7. Provide functional expertise and support to the business users during testing phases.

8. Travel to other sites as necessary for global system implementation

Desired Experience

1. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in investment or finance industry. (Essential.)

2. Preparation of gap analyses; e.g. stakeholder requirements and system functionality (Essential.)

3. Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications, incorporating appropriate internal controls. (Essential.)

4. Development of test-cases and provision of support to business users during test phases. (Essential)

Desired Skills

1. Ability to understand the End-to-End process and facilitate communication among different organisational functions in order to drive the optimal solution. (Essential)

2. Able to analyze and conceptualize information and situation systematically, to draw rational, realistic and sound conclusions. (Essential)

3. Self-directed, hands-on, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and meeting deadlines. (Essential)

4. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to

- Manage business users’ expectations effectively and deliver value-added service. (Essential)

- Promote and facilitate the work of a group as well as contribute as a productive member of a team. (Essential)

- Communicate with Business Analysts working on other projects (Japanese and English) to identify inter-project dependencies and seek synergies where applicable. (Recommended)

- Communicate with Global Project Team members to explain the Japan processes and enable Global understanding of Japan-specific requirements. (Recommended)

5. Versatile and quick to learn, with the ability to maintain flexible in terms of both the approach and the desired results. When working with others, picks up on subtle behavioural clues and adapts own style / approach accordingly. (Recommended.)

6. MS Office and Process Mapping software, e.g. MS Visio, expertise (Essential.)
