-新規チームの結成および不動産運用の業務を担当して頂きます。
Due to expanded operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Establishing a new Corporate Real Estate team to support the growth of the company
-Running multiple large-scale capital projects with proper in-house and/or outsourcing support mix

-実務経験5年以上。
-日本国内の不動産に関する知識。
-大規模な不動産運用に関する実務経験。
-会社所有の不動産運用の経験をお持ちの方。
-不動産リース・レンタルの経験者の方。
-日本語力：ネイティブ、英語力：流暢。
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
-Strong knowledge of Japan’s real estate market
-Experience in running large-scale corporate real estate projects
-Experience in managing and working with corporate real estate outsourcing agencies
-Experience in property rental and leasing, identifying good locations for new office and retail outlets
-Native-level Japanese and Fluent English language abilities
