拡大中の国内信託銀行業務の監査をご担当していただく、監査スペシャリストを募集しております。
◆ローカルオフィスの2名のチームの管理。地域のチーム内で連携。監査地域部長への報告。
◆リスク評価、監査計画、監査テスト、制御評価、報告書作成、クローズした事案のフォローアップおよびその検証など、監査全般における支援
◆部署の手順に従って、プロフェッショナル水準の監査を実施
◆管理業務の妥当性および効率性を評価、テスト、報告。また改善に向けた適切な助言を提言。
◆業績指標を監視、分析し、動向を把握

Trust banking division of a top-tier US investment bank.
A trust bank audit specialist is required for our client’s expanding domestic trust banking business.
◆Manage a team of two locally and work within the regional team reporting to the regional Head of Audit
◆Assist in all aspects of audits, including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting and follow-up and verification of issue closure
◆Ensure audits are performed to professional standards and departmental procedures
◆Evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls with appropriate recommendations for improvement
◆Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends
◆Develop and maintain business relationships to monitor changes in the control environment
◆Social Insurance and travel allowance
◆Weekends and public holidays off

◆最低10年以上の監査業務のご経験がある方
◆関連資格をお持ちで、大学卒以上または同等のご経験がある方
◆信託銀行業界に関する十分な知識をお持ちの方
◆取引サイクルおよび取引システム全般に関する十分な知識があれば尚可
◆日本の規制基準に関する十分な知識があれば尚可
◆英語および日本語の会話力とライティング能力が優れている方
◆柔軟な対応ができる方。同時にさまざまな業務を、正確かつ品質を保ちながら進めることができる方
◆意欲的で、自ら率先して行動でき、プレッシャーの元でも仕事を進めることができる方。責任感がある方。

◆A minimum of 10 years’ audit experience
◆Professional qualification and undergraduate degree or equivalent
◆Strong knowledge of the trust bank industry
◆Good knowledge of end-to-end transaction cycles and systems a plus
◆Good understanding of Japanese regulatory requirements a plus
◆Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
◆Flexible, willing and able to undertake a broad range of tasks concurrently, whilst maintaining high level of accuracy and quality
◆Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and willing to take personal risk and accountability
